By accessing or using FlareTrading (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Roblox Authentication & Account Creation

We use Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 authentication system for login. When you click "Login":

• You are redirected to Roblox's official authentication page
• You authorize FlareTrading to access only your public Roblox username
• Roblox redirects you back to our site with a secure authorization code
• We exchange this code for an access token (never stored)
• We create your account using ONLY your Roblox username

3. Data We Collect (Minimal)

We collect and store the following data:

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be 13+ years old to use our Service
• You must not use automated tools (bots) to access the Service

• You must not share false information or scam other users
• You agree not to reverse engineer or modify our Service

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• FlareTrading is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for lost trades, in-game items, or virtual currency
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD
• We are not responsible for Roblox's actions or policies
• You waive all claims against us for indirect damages

6. No Warranty

Value calculations are community-driven estimates. We make no guarantee of accuracy. Use at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment of other users
• Legal requirements

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA. You waive rights to class actions or jury trials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware, USA law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
